Exhibition Venue
The Conference will take place at the ideally situated Passengers Terminal Amsterdam (PTA) from 9-13 October 2011. The PTA is in close vicinity to Amsterdam's lovely city centre, and the venue has excellent modern facilities with plenty of space for both scientific meetings and a large commercial exhibition.

Discounts early bookings for Sponsoring & Exhibition
If you make a confirmed booking before 1 March 2011 you will be entitled to an early booking discount of 10% of the total amount excluding VAT.

Business Opportunities
The congress organiser is offering companies the opportunity to become sponsors of several Business Opportunities like advertisements, internet café, social events or delegate bags in price ranges from € 1.500 to € 15.000.

Technical Exhibition
The minimum area of a stand is 6 m² (2 x 3m). Price for the exhibition area (space only) per m² is € 425.- (excluding VAT) for the entire period. The exhibition space is fit for own stand construction or uniform (shell scheme) construction.

All booth reservations are based on space only.
